Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Global Asset Management Manager to lead end-to-end IT asset lifecycle across our global operations. You will optimize hardware and software assets, ensure license compliance, and drive cost efficiencies by implementing best practices and maintaining an accurate ITAM/CMDB repository.

The role requires 3–5 years in ITAM/SAM/HAM within large, multi-site organizations, with strong vendor coordination and data analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive IAsset Management, SAM, HAM experience in a global setting.
• Experience in a large, multi-site global organization and in a BPO/shared services environment is a plus.
• Experience managing IT assets through full lifecycle is essential.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based asset management processes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets (hardware, software) across global sites.
• Maintain accurate global asset inventory in ITAM/CMDB systems and ensure compliant disposal.
• Monitor software licenses, entitlements, and usage to optimize costs.
• Coordinate hardware deployment, refresh cycles, and asset distribution.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations to drive cost efficiencies.
