Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with timekeeping or time and attendance systems.
• Familiarity with payroll operations and payroll administration.
• Exposure to HR Shared Services with payroll/timekeeping responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of time and attendance records used for payroll processing.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in timekeeping data.
• Support implementation, optimization, and ongoing administration of the timekeeping system (ADP Workforce Software).
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, IT and Operations to ensure compliant processes.
