Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Parañaque City seeks a seasoned accounting professional to manage balances, accruals, prepayments and month-end closing, ensuring timely financial statements and audit readiness.

The role requires a BS Accountancy with 4–5 years of general accounting experience and familiarity with JDE, ServiceNow, Oracle or Insight. It is a direct hire, permanent position with a hybrid schedule (3x onsite, 2x WFH) and a mid-shift from 2 PM to 11 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy.
• With 4-5 years of experience in general accounting.
• Knowledgeable in JDE/Service Now/Oracle/Insight or other accounting software
• With strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Engagement: Direct hire and for permanent.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Mid Shift (2PM-11PM)
• Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x onsite and 2x wfh a week)
• Location: Diosdado Macapagal Blvd., Parañaque City (might relocate to Makati/Taguig this year or next year)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general accounting such as balances, accruals prepayments, and month/year-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and documents required by the internal and external audit.
• File taxes, licenses, fees, and monitor tax and regulatory compliance
