Qualifications

• Experience implementing, configuring, testing, and optimizing time and attendance systems.
• Strong analytical skills with experience validating large datasets and root-cause analysis.

The Finance Timekeeping Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee time and attendance records used for payroll processing. This role plays a key part in supporting the implementation, optimization, and ongoing administration of the company's time and attendance system (ADP Workforce Software), while partnering closely with Payroll, HR, IT, and Operations. The analyst analyzes and validates timekeeping data, resolves discrepancies, supports system enhancements, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. The candidate will have a background in finance or payroll-related timekeeping processes, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation, configuration, and testing of a new time and attendance system, and post go live support activities.
• Collect, review, and process employee time and attendance records
• Monitor timekeeping records for accuracy and compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and pay rules.
• Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Assist in the preparation, validation, and distribution of timekeeping reports.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and process improvements related to time and attendance practices and system functionality.
• Provide regular updates to management on timekeeping, payroll metrics, system issues, and improvement initiatives.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve timekeeping discrepancies, root causes, and system-related issues.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on timekeeping policies, procedures, and system usage.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to timekeeping processes, system changes, and payroll support activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field; advanced certification in payroll/timekeeping systems is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in payroll, finance, or workforce management with a strong focus on timekeeping processes.
• Handson expertise with ADP Workforce Software or similar enterprise time and attendance platforms.
• Proven ability to implement, configure, test, and optimize time and attendance systems, including postgolive support.
• Strong analytical skills with experience validating large datasets, identifying discrepancies, and conducting rootcause analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; capable of preparing, validating, and distributing timekeeping and payroll reports.
• Solid understanding of labor regulations, compliance standards, and payroll policies.
• Demonstrated success in crossfunctional collaboration with Payroll, HR, IT, and Operations teams.
• Experience providing guidance to managers and employees on timekeeping policies, procedures, and system usage.
• Track record of leading process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to deliver clear updates to senior leadership.
