The role requires collaboration with Payroll, HR, IT, and Operations in a hybrid setup (2 days onsite). You will analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and support system enhancements while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with timekeeping or time and attendance systems.
• Familiarity with payroll operations and payroll administration.
• Exposure to HR Shared Services with payroll/timekeeping responsibilities.

Responsibilities

The Finance Timekeeping Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee time and attendance records used for payroll processing. This role plays a key part in supporting the implementation, optimization, and ongoing administration of the companys time and attendance system (ADP Workforce Software), while partnering closely with Payroll, HR, IT, and Operations. The analyst analyzes and validates timekeeping data, resolves discrepancies, supports system enhancements, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

The candidate will have a background in finance or payroll-related timekeeping processes, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment.
