Russell Tobin in Makati is seeking an Onboarding/Engagement Specialist to support our EMEA-based workforce. This role blends people-focused engagement with assignment management and coaching.

You will serve as the primary contact for EMEA workers, coordinate with HR on pay/benefits and offboarding, track renewals, and document updates using Job Diva ATS. Training will occur onsite at Ayala Avenue.

Competenze

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
• Prior experience in employee engagement or assignment management.
• Proficiency with ATS tools (e.g., Job Diva) is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati for Training.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary point of contact for EMEA workers throughout their assignments.
• Provide support and resolution for issues related to pay, benefits, HR, or employee relations by coordinating with internal departments.
• Communicate end-of-assignment information and complete offboarding tasks.
• Deliver job performance coaching and counseling to help reduce attrition and improve worker satisfaction.
• Track and manage contract renewals, assignment extensions, and performance evaluations.
• Use the ATS system (Job Diva) to document updates, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Share insights and feedback with internal teams to improve candidate experience and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and support continuing education and training requirements during assignments.
