Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with US healthcare credentialing and HR support.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in employee engagement or assignment management.
• ATS tools experience (Job Diva) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for contingent healthcare workers during assignments.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve pay, benefits, HR, and employee relations issues.
• Assist with credentialing renewals and compliance requirements.
• Oversee onboarding, check-ins, and offboarding tasks.
• Provide coaching to reduce attrition and improve worker satisfaction.
• Track contract renewals, extensions and performance evaluations.
• Document updates in ATS (Job Diva) and generate reports.
• Share insights to improve candidate experience and operations.
• Review credentials, licensure, and certifications for regulatory compliance.
• Monitor continuing education during assignments.
