Manulife/John Hancock in the Philippines seeks a Distribution Accounting Supervisor to oversee agent-related operations, commissions, and provident fund activities. You’ll participate in system enhancements, validate reports, and respond to inquiries while driving process automation and stronger controls.

The role requires a business/finance degree, Excel proficiency, and experience in financial processing.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance or accounting.
• Experience in operations, compensation admin, transactional processing, reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with operational systems, data validation and process documentation.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, testing or enhancements is a plus.
• CPA license is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Participate in UAMS system enhancements and related projects with operational input.
• Prepare, validate, and record MIMPH commission entries accurately.
• Identify and implement process automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Enhance GROUP and ASI1 processes and support timely agent payments.
• Administer the Agents Provident Fund, including transaction processing and record maintenance.
• Validate daily CRR reports, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrections.
• Respond to inquiries from agents and internal departments with accurate information.
• Prepare and issue annual Provident Fund Statements of Account.
• Complete monthly ERH computation and perform required validation.
• Record loan deductions, maintain supporting records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct eSOA discussions and guide agents on reading statements.
