Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or regulatory reporting experience.
• Experience with accounting and reporting systems and tools such as Essbase, SmartView, general ledger platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage statutory and regulatory financial reporting deliverables for life and non-life insurance entities, including filings and financial statements.
• Coordinate with business unit stakeholders to support financial close activities, related‑party reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Perform account reconciliations, investigate variances, monitor ledger activity, and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Develop board reporting materials and analyses, including commentary on key financial results, trends, and variances.
• Drive process improvements, maintain documentation, support audits, and identify automation opportunities.
