Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college or SHS graduate.
• 0-17 months and above BPO voice experience in any account.
• Experience in the foodservice industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Pangasinan.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service and customer support through voice interactions
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders, account management, billing, and deliveries
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Process customer requests and update customer records accurately
