Responsibilities

• Analyze requests, provide information requested or route the request to the proper channel.
• Receive and respond to customer requests by either telephone and/or email within a timely manner.
• Provide customers with accurate troubleshooting solutions and assistance while using our website.
• Uploading pods (proof of delivery) exceptions into our system, enter notes and update reports.
• Filling, scanning documents, print label.
• Assist with daily spreadsheets.
• Create orders.
• Work closely with department teams to enhance quality of service.
• Great communication skills.
• All other tasks as assigned.
