Job Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers providing and processing information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. Process documents for orders and complete data entry as received. The customer service department is the first point of contact for our customers. Must have excellent people skills while remaining calm and helpful in even the most frustrating situations. You will use a proactive approach in customer care that will help customers and improve our brand image.

Responsibilities:
