Qualifications

• At least 4 years' customer service experience.
• Ability to respond via phone and email.

• Self-starter who is passionate about interacting with people and providing above average service levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requests, provide information or route to proper channel.
• Receive and respond to customer requests by phone and/or email.
• Provide troubleshooting solutions and assistance while using our website.
• Upload PODs (proof of delivery) and update exception reports.
• Fill, scan documents and print labels.
• Assist with daily spreadsheets.
• Create orders.
