Job summary

Outsourced is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Cebu City for a hybrid role. You will interact with customers, process inquiries, and manage data entries for orders, aiming to uphold excellent service and a positive brand image.

You should have at least 4 years of customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication, and be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The role requires computer literacy and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' customer service experience.
• Ability to respond via phone and email.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast pace environment.
• Self-starter who is passionate about interacting with people and providing above average service levels.
• Computer literate.
• Good interpersonal skills, team player with a "get it done" attitude.
• Conscientious and reliable, punctuality is critical.
• Expert in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requests, provide information requested or route the request to the proper channel.
• Receive and respond to customer requests by either telephone and/or email within a timely manner.
• Provide customers with accurate troubleshooting solutions and assistance while using our website.
• Uploading pods (proof of delivery) exceptions into our system, enter notes and update Exception report
• Filling, scanning documents, print label
• Assist with daily spreadsheets
• Create orders
• Work closely with the department teams to enhance quality of service
• Great communication skills
• All other tasks as assigned
