Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, client relations, or contact center.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• CRM usage to log interactions and manage cases (Salesforce or similar).
• Track record meeting targets on output, CSAT, and service levels.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal English communication with empathy.
