Job summary

RGP Philippines is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support benefits programs, handle inquiries, and manage benefits transactions in a hybrid setup at BGC, Manila. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 2+ years in HR operations or benefits administration, fluency in English, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and HR systems like Workday.

You will liaise with Finance, brokers, insurers, and vendors to ensure timely processing and maintain clear process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Benefits Administration, Shared Services, or a similar support role.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience supporting employee inquiries and HR processes in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR systems preferred.
• Experience with purchase order and invoice processing is preferred
• Experience with statutory benefits processing is preferred
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams and geographies.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for employee benefits programs.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding statutory benefits programs, benefits processing & requirement
• Support statutory benefits administration and related employee transactions/ inquiries
• Process benefits-related transactions in Workday and other HR systems.
• Support benefits enrollments, eligibility updates, and other administrative activities in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide timely and accurate information to employees and escape issues when required.
• Support resolution of employee benefits concerns in partnership with internal HR teams and vendors.
• Manage purchase orders (POs) and invoice processing for benefits programs and vendors.
• Track invoice status and support payment coordination activities.
• Liaise with Finance, Procurement, brokers, insurers, and vendors as needed to support operational activities.
• Create, update, and maintain benefits job aids and process documentation
• Build and maintain benefits inventories, including plan, vendor, and program information.
