KMC Solutions is seeking a Client Services Specialist I to act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery of services.

The role involves coordinating with support, operations, and sales, managing client accounts, preparing reports, and supporting travel and logistics for client visits. Fresh graduates welcome; hybrid work setup in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome.
• 2+ years of Account Management experience is a plus.
• Exceptional level of commitment towards customer experience.
• Willing to work night shift if needed in a BPO environment.
• Experience with account management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Project management skills.
• Willing to work at our BGC site.

Responsibilities

• Meeting Support: Preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Updating action trackers after meetings.
• Coordinating with internal teams to prepare reports or decks.
• Project & Task Coordination: Tracking project timelines and deliverables.
• Following up with internal teams on client requests.
• Communication Support: Formatting proposals, decks, or contracts.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with procurement.
• Preparing inventory reports for client accounts using OSP.
• Tracking shipments, deliveries, and returns with HR.
• Flagging low stock or delayed items to account managers.
• General Admin: Coordinating travel and logistics for client visits.
• Monitoring shared inboxes for account-related inquiries.
