Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Channel Development Manager – HYBRID in the Philippines to drive growth across HORECA and RTM channels, including supermarkets and wholesalers. You will oversee distributor management and execute local and national marketing plans, building strong partnerships and ensuring excellent in-market execution.

You will lead the field team in delivering targets, coordinating with cross-functional partners, and applying a customer-centric approach to deliver sustainable business

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management.
• Strong negotiation skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Leadership to manage distributors and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets for HORECA and RTM channels.
• Execute local and national marketing plans for both channels.
• Build relationships with distributors and accounts through regular engagements.
• Collaborate with Distributor Sales Representatives and DT personnel to ensure execution.
