Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in Account Management.
• Leadership skills to directly handle Distributors.
• Strong Negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Business Targets for HORECA and RTM accounts (Secondary Sales).
• Execute Local and National Marketing Plans for both channels.
• Relationship Building and Account Management with regular customer engagements.
• Execute AVA principles in handled accounts.
• Work with Distributor Sales Representatives and DT personnel to adhere to standards.
• Lead field merchandising team to ensure efficient store operations.
• Plan growth initiatives in retail and food service via cross-functional engagement.
• Collaborate with support functions to provide operators with services and solutions.
