The role requires strong commercial execution, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustainable results.

You will balance account management, distributor development, market expansion, and customer satisfaction while leading joint plans and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Distributor Management, or Commercial Leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering sales and growth targets.
• Experience managing modern trade/key accounts and distributor operations.
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, or Distribution industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth & Business Performance across major accounts and distributor channels.
• Manage Strategic Customers & Distributor Partnerships with key decision-makers.
• Develop & Execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and channel development programs.
• Monitor Performance & Generate insights to address gaps and seize opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
