Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy and development to drive sales performance.
• Act as channel knowledge center within the team and research shopper behavior.
• Review channel performance and recommend interventions.
• Consolidate category initiatives into monthly/quarterly execution plans.
• Develop and cascade Perfect Store Standards for the channel.
• Manage budgets and cost analyses for channel programs.
