Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Change and Release Coordinator to support the Service Operations Change and Release team. You will ensure efficient delivery of changes into customer environments, aligned with our governance framework.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in change management, strong communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders. The role offers a hybrid work setup at our Manila/BGC presence with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end change control processes.
• Ability to influence management and stakeholders.
• Chaired CAB forums and participated in PIRs.
• Knowledge of SDLC and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of change requests across single/multiple accounts.
• Provide input to change management reports and metrics.
• Validate failed changes and follow up on Post Change Reviews (PCR).
• Coordinate approvals and maintain Forward Schedule of Change & Release.
• Chair or participate in CAB meetings and PIRs as needed.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and maintain process documentation.
• Assist in training and guidance for end-users to ensure adherence to processes.
