MicroSourcing is seeking a Change & Release Manager (B2B AU Telco) to oversee the lifecycle of changes and releases for enterprise systems. This onsite, dayshift role in BGC, Taguig focuses on ITIL-based service management, minimizing disruption while balancing innovation with stability.

You will work with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to plan, test, and deploy changes, ensuring compliance with policies and delivering reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in change/release management.
• Strong ITIL knowledge.
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Risk and impact assessment capability.
• Strong stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end change management lifecycle (logging, assessment, approval, implementation, review).
• Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and stakeholder approvals.
• Oversee release planning, scheduling, and deployment.
• Ensure risk management, rollback planning, and post-implementation reviews.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Manage ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and CMDB updates.
• Collaborate across ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Configuration).

Job Overview
