Datacom is seeking a Change and Release Coordinator to support the Service Operations Change and Release team in its hybrid Manila office. You will ensure efficient delivery of changes into customer environments in line with Datacom’s governance framework.
The role requires collaboration with stakeholders and experience managing change across accounts. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in change management, ITIL4 certification, and a proven ability to chair CAB forums and drive process

The Change and Release Coordinator is responsible for providing professional support to the Service Operations Change and Release team. The Change and Release coordinator role is to ensure efficient and effective delivery of Changes into a customer environment in accordance with Datacom’s process and governance framework.
