You will guide day-to-day operations, set goals, and ensure effective collaboration with clients. Hands-on processing is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of team leader experience in a BPO or shared-service environment.
• Exposure to order-to-cash / AR operations (billing, collections, cash application).
• Proven strong leadership, coaching and communication skills (9/10).
• Advanced MS Office proficiency; familiarity with ERP/AR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create an inspiring team environment with open communication culture.
• Set clear team goals and delegate tasks with deadlines.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor metrics (SLA, AR aging, DSO).
• Lead daily huddles, queue reviews, and client status updates.
• Build relationships with client points of contact and participate in CI projects.
• Hybrid work setup with occasional on-site reporting as required.
