Origo BPO Pty in the Philippines is seeking a Team Manager – (Collections) to oversee a transactional finance team across client accounts. You will supervise daily operations, set clear goals, delegate tasks, and motivate members; hands-on processing is not part of the role.

The role requires proven 5+ years of team leadership in order-to-cash or AR operations within a BPO or shared-services environment, plus strong communication skills and client collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven 5+ years of Team Leader experience, preferably in a BPO or shared-services environment.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, with clients and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Create an inspiring team environment with open communication.
• Set clear team goals and delegate tasks with deadlines.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across billing, collections, and cash application.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics (SLA, aging, DSO).
• Lead daily huddles, Q reviews, and client status updates.
