SiteMinder Limited in the Philippines is seeking a dynamic Sales Appointment Setter to help grow our hotel commerce platform. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, qualify leads, and set qualified appointments for our Customer Success team.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in B2B sales or telemarketing, strong English communication, CRM experience, and a target-driven mindset. Hybrid work with in-office and remote options is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in B2B sales or similar customer-facing roles.
• Experience in a BPO/contact center with targets.
• Strong English communication with business decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to connect with our existing customer base.
• Set appointments for our Customer Success team with qualified decision-makers.
• Manage pipeline via phone and email and diligently track progress in CRM.
• Meet KPIs: number of outbound calls, emails, contact rate, and meetings scheduled.
