Emapta Philippines is hiring an Accounts Receivable Support Coordinator to resolve customer requests, manage collections, and maintain accurate account records. You will support a global health and wellness business with a hybrid work setup in Ortigas, offering growth and development through Emapta Academy.

The role requires 1–3 years of AR/collections experience, strong ERP skills (SAP/Oracle/JDE), and solid Excel and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in accounts receivable, credit and collections
• B2B collections experience
• ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards (JDE) or similar
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer relationship skills

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer requests for invoices, PODs, and account documents
• Manage a portfolio of smaller-dollar accounts to support timely collections
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due invoices via phone or email
• Document collection activities and account updates in designated systems
• Review and release eligible sales orders on AR credit hold after evaluating risk
• Escalate complex issues to Senior AR Coordinators
• Maintain positive customer relationships while applying credit and collection policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
