Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) in Eastwood, Philippines, seeks a Collections Specialist to support the centralized global AR function.

The role focuses on proactively managing outstanding receivables, client follow-ups, and accurate AR reporting within a transitioning Global AR Shared Services model. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in Accounts Receivable or Collections, experience handling international clients, and familiarity with Xero or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of AR, collections, or similar finance experience.
• Experience with international clients preferred.
• Experience with Xero and/or NetSuite is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a day shift and hybrid arrangement.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage assigned customer accounts and outstanding receivables.
• Review AR aging and identify overdue/high-risk accounts.
• Follow up with clients via email/phone for payments.
• Maintain records of collection activities and commitments.
• Escalate long-outstanding or high-risk accounts to AR Team Lead.
• Collaborate with Billing, Finance, Operations to resolve payment issues.
• Support standardization of global collection processes.
