Job summary

First Advantage Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Representative to support our finance team with collections and payment follow-ups.

You will monitor aging balances, contact clients on overdue invoices, and work to secure timely payments while maintaining positive relationships. The role requires strong communication, persistence, and collaboration with billing and sales to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in case management or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor aging reports and identify delinquent accounts.
• Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve billing disputes.
• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the billing and sales teams to resolve account discrepancies.
• Escalate unresolved accounts to management or third-party collection agencies as needed.
