Job summary

Outsourced in the Philippines is seeking a Collections Specialist to support the centralized AR function within a Global AR Shared Services model. The role focuses on proactively managing outstanding receivables, coordinating client payment follow-ups, applying customer payments, and supporting bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities include maintaining AR aging and collection reports, following up on overdue payments, and collaborating with Billing, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 2-3 years in Accounts Receivable, Collections or similar role.
• Experience with international clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage assigned customer accounts and outstanding receivables.
• Proactively follow up with clients regarding overdue invoices.
• Maintain AR aging, reports and cash application records.
• Collaborate with Billing, Finance and Operations to resolve issues.
