Job summary

Tricentis Philippines Inc. is seeking a Renewals Manager to join our Global Renewals Team. You will craft renewal strategies, negotiate contract terms, and drive customer retention with data-driven insights.

This role collaborates with CSMs, AMs, and partners across APAC/EMEA, focusing on public sector accounts while maintaining renewal forecasts and risk mitigation. You will participate in strategic account planning and leverage tools like Salesforce, Power BI, and Asana to optimize renewals

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in renewals, account management, or customer success.
• Experience with channel, distributors, and partner ecosystem.
• Proven success in contract renewals and executive-level negotiations.
• Strong negotiation, data-driven decision making, and process discipline.
• Familiarity with Asana, Power BI, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CSMs, AMs, and partners to craft renewal strategies.
• Identify and close growth opportunities using cross-functional teams.
• Provide management insights into renewal activities to drive success.
• Address customer requirements with strong account management for timely renewals.
• Develop and execute renewal negotiation strategies and optimize terms.
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop renewal strategies using Asana, Power BI, and Salesforce.
• Maintain territory renewal forecast and mitigate risks; participate in strategic account planning.
