Job summary

Tricentis is seeking a Digital Renewals Manager for APAC/EMEA in Manila. You will own renewal strategies, collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, and Partners, and drive growth opportunities through multi-year contracts. Strong negotiation and data-driven planning are essential.

You will leverage Asana, Power BI, and Salesforce to forecast renewals, manage risk, and ensure timely renewals in a hybrid work setup within APAC/EMEA regions.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of renewals, account management, or customer success experience.
• Experience with channel, distributors, and partner ecosystem.
• Proven success in contract renewals, with a focus on negotiating terms.
• Strong negotiation skills, particularly at the executive level.
• Experience managing complex, multi-year contracts.
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Power BI, and Salesforce.
• Excellent customer management skills and ability to engage in strategic conversations.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and organizational policies.
• Previous experience working with public sector accounts is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, and Partners to understand client needs and renewal strategies.
• Identify and close growth opportunities leveraging cross-functional teams.
• Provide management insights into renewal activities to drive success.
• Address customer requirements and challenges with strong account management for timely renewals.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies for contract renewals to optimize terms.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop renewal strategies using Asana, Power BI, and Salesforce.
• Maintain a forecast of renewals within your territory and identify risks.
• Participate in strategic account planning, focusing on public sector clients.
