Job summary

S&P Global in Manila is seeking a results-driven Renewal Manager to own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of accounts, drive product adoption, and safeguard recurring revenue in a fast-paced, global client environment.

You will partner with Core Account Managers and Sales Specialists to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, leverage data to monitor account health, and support the team with training and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as sales, renewals/retention, customer success, or account management.
• Strong ability to manage a high-volume renewal portfolio with meticulous attention to detail and disciplined execution.
• Excellent customer communication and relationship-management skills, including adeptness at handling objections and navigating escalations.
• Proficiency in using data and analytics tools to manage account health, prioritize actions, and identify churn risk and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end renewal process for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships through regular engagement and issue resolution.
• Partner with Core Account Managers and Sales Specialists to identify cross-sell, upsell, and greenfield opportunities.
• Utilize data and analytics tools to proactively monitor account health, detect churn risks, and improve forecast accuracy.
• Provide guidance and participate in training to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement capabilities.
