Emapta Philippines is seeking a Renewals Analyst to manage a high-volume customer portfolio, apply contract terms, and keep renewal transactions moving on schedule.

Your judgment will help retain customers and safeguard recurring revenue while leveraging Salesforce and AI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency. This role offers growth through mentorship and opportunities within a global team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in renewals or a similar transaction-oriented role
• Experience managing high-volume accounts and deadlines
• Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM to manage opportunities, quotes, data, and workflows
• Attention to detail to interpret pricing, dates, contract terms, and financial information
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for 300+ accounts
• Commercial judgment in negotiations, pricing questions, and renewals
• Willingness to use AI tools and automation in renewal workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and strong communication skills

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of 300+ customer accounts across low-engagement tiers, processing renewals and annual increase accurately and on time
• Manage renewal transaction process for assigned accounts with visibility into upcoming renewals and status
• Create and process renewal opportunities and quotes in Salesforce with accurate pricing, terms, dates, and increases
• Review contracts to determine applicable pricing and renewal obligations
• Process standard renewals with limited customer engagement, focusing on exceptions and negotiations
• Apply commercial and financial judgment to concessions, pricing requests and nonstandard terms
• Identify delinquent or at-risk renewals and escalate to stakeholders
• Maintain renewal records in Salesforce including stages, dates, amounts, and communications
• Prioritize renewal pipeline by deadline, revenue exposure, and risk to prevent delays
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve contract, billing, pricing, and system issues
• Use AI, automation, and data insights to identify exceptions and summarize contracts
• Contribute to retention and annual increase targets through accurate renewal execution
