Job summary

Okta is seeking a Commercial Renewals Manager in Manila to lead customer contract renewals across APJ and protect revenue growth. This role combines relationship management with strategic renewal planning, including term negotiations and value articulation to customers.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Legal to drive renewal outcomes, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure a timely, compliant renewal process. On-site in Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewals, customer success, sales, or account management.
• Comfort negotiating complex license agreements.
• Experience working with APJ customers including Australia, Japan, Singapore, and Korea.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and renew customer contracts across APJ to ensure customer retention and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer success, legal) to ensure a seamless renewal process.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Forecast renewals using internal systems and manage renewal timelines.
