Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3-5 years of experience leading teams in renewals operations, revenue operations, or transactional post-sales functions
- Experience managing high-volume renewals for SMB or mid-market customers
- Proficiency with CRM and contract management systems and Microsoft 365
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work onsite 5 days per week during U.S. business hours

- Proactive problem-solving and risk triage to identify and resolve renewal blockers before they affect annual recurring revenue (ARR)
- Ownership of decisions and outcomes, with a commitment to learning from results
- Ability to integrate new processes, teams, and technologies into existing operations
- Knowledge of software agreement terms, including licensing models, intellectual property rights, and key liability clauses
- Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and sound judgment
- Ability to manage teams against output, accuracy, and predictability targets
- Ability to develop scalable processes and use metrics to prioritize work
- Understanding of contracts, pricing structures, and renewal mechanics
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow a renewals processing team supporting a high-volume SMB customer portfolio.
- Manage operational KPIs, including on-time renewals, renewal rate, uplift execution, backlog, and exceptions.
- Develop a tech-touch renewals model using automation, segmentation, and standardized playbooks.
- Ensure accurate contract execution, pricing adherence, and renewal compliance across assigned accounts.
- Manage escalations involving process breakdowns, commercial disputes, and execution risks.
- Design and improve renewals workflows to shorten cycle times, strengthen data quality, and increase forecast reliability.
- Implement and oversee structured annual increase programs across eligible accounts.
- Identify recurring renewal risks and work across teams to address their root causes.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales to define responsibilities and coordinate handoffs.
- Produce operational reports and insights to inform leadership decisions.
- Conduct team meetings, review performance metrics, and provide individual coaching.
