Emapta is seeking a Manager, Renewals to lead a high-volume renewals team in Ortigas, Manila. You will drive pricing execution, ensure contract accuracy, and build scalable renewal processes across international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3-5 years of experience leading renewals or post-sales teams.
• Experience managing high-volume SMB/mid-market renewals.
• Proficient with CRMs and contract management systems.
• Strong communication skills and onsite availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a renewals processing team for high-volume SMB accounts.
• Track KPIs: on-time renewals, renewal rate, uplift, backlog, and exceptions.
• Develop a tech-touch renewals model using automation and playbooks.
• Ensure accurate contract execution, pricing adherence, and renewal compliance.
• Handle escalations and address renewal blockers.
• Improve renewal workflows to shorten cycles and improve data quality.
• Implement annual price increase programs across eligible accounts.
• Collaborate with CS and Sales for handoffs and unified processes.
• Produce operational reports and insights for leadership.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching.
