Job summary

SVEN in Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Agile Coach to define project roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery on time and within budget. Hybrid work setup with weekly in-office presence in Quezon City.

The role focuses on Scrum/Agile practices, stakeholder management, and program governance across multiple software projects in a fast-paced digital environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in project or program management, Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs and projects.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Must be willing to report on a Hybrid setup (once to twice a week) in our office in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Define, strategize, and justify the entire plan for the project in coordination with internal teams, including team allocation, timelines, budget, and process.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Servicing Teams, and Finance to determine breakdowns, tasks, and billables.
• Implement and monitor execution of the project plan to meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Identify risks and issues proactively and mitigate them.
• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
• Aid in managing Servicing Team’s workload capacity and satisfaction with agency deliverables.
• Support Account Management in satisfying client relationships and expectations.
• Report accurate project status to management and relevant stakeholders.
