Job summary

SVEN in Quezon City, Philippines is seeking a Project/Program Manager with Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience to lead planning, delivery, and client satisfaction for multi-team software projects.

The role requires coordinating with Account Management, Servicing, and Finance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while managing risks and dependencies. A hybrid work setup is expected with on-site presence in Quezon City as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years experience in project/program management, Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles.
• Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional program & projects.
• Proven ability to manage timelines and dependencies.
• Experience supporting multiple teams in a software development environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Candidate must be willing to work on-site if required, but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Define, strategize, and justify the entire plan for the project in coordination with internal teams, including timelines, budget, and process.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Servicing, and Finance teams to determine breakdowns, task assignments, and billable work.
• Implement and monitor execution of the project plan to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Proactively identify risks and issues and mitigate them.
• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospectives.
• Aid in managing workload capacity, competency, and satisfaction of Servicing Teams.
