Job summary

SVEN is seeking a Project Manager/Agile Coach to plan, deliver, and optimize cross-functional software projects in a hybrid work setup that may require on-site presence in Quezon City. You will coordinate with account, servicing, and finance teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes Scrum/Agile principles, stakeholder communication, and risk management, with opportunities to grow through diverse projects and learning programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in project/program management, Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles.
• Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional program & projects.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, and dependencies.
• Experience supporting multiple teams in a software development environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
• Willingness to work on-site in Quezon City or hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Define, strategize, and justify the project plan with internal teams; include scope, timelines, budget, and processes.
• Collaborate with Account Management to determine project inclusions.
• Collaborate with Servicing Teams to assign tasks and timelines.
• Collaborate with Finance to determine billable tasks.
• Implement and monitor execution of the project plan to meet schedule, budget, and quality.
• Identify risks and issues and mitigate them promptly.
• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Assist Servicing Team workload, capacity, and satisfaction across projects.
• Support Account Management in meeting client expectations and contract deliverables.
• Report project status to management and stakeholders.
