Job summary

SVEN in Quezon City, Philippines is seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead planning, delivery, and client satisfaction across multiple software projects.

You will define project plans, coordinate with account management, servicing and finance teams, run daily scrums, manage risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes. Hybrid or on-site options; strong communication and Jira/Confluence skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years experience in project/program management, Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles.
• Experience supporting multiple teams in a software development environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Candidate must be willing to work on-site if required, but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Define, strategize, and justify the entire plan for the project in coordination with the different internal teams. This includes team allocation, timelines, budget, and process.
• Collaborate with Account Management Team, Servicing Teams, and Finance Team to determine breakdown of project inclusions and timelines.
• Implement and monitor execution of the project plan to meet schedule, budget, and quality expectation.
• Proactively identify risks and other issues that may arise to mitigate them in a timely manner.
• Facilitate the day-to-day management of ongoing projects, including the daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
• Aid in managing Servicing Team’s workload capacity, competency, and satisfaction in accomplishing agency projects.
• Aid the Account Management Team to satisfy client relationship and expectations for all agency deliverables.
• Report accurate project status internally to management, and to relevant customer stakeholders.
