Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager in the Philippines to lead planning, delivery, and client-focused outcomes. You will coordinate with Account Management, Servicing, and Finance to ensure successful project execution and alignment with budgets and timelines.

The role requires 5-8 years in project or agile leadership, a strong Scrum/Lean background, and experience supporting multiple software teams. Hybrid work from Quezon City is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years experience in project/program management, Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles.
• Experience supporting multiple teams in software development.
• Must report on a Hybrid setup weekly in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Define, strategize, and justify project plans with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Servicing, and Finance teams.
• Implement and monitor project plans to meet schedule, budget, quality.
• Identify risks and mitigate them promptly.
• Manage Servicing team workload and client expectations.
