Qualifications

• Hands-on IT service desk experience (4+ years).
• Experience in Office 365 administration and Active Directory management.
• Experience with server management and basic troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS, plus remote support.
• Willingness to work in shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to end-users and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
• Act as first point of contact for IT issues, delivering strong customer service.
