Qualifications

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in IT service desk operations.
• Proven experience in Office 365 administration, Active Directory management, and Microsoft Entra.
• Experience with server management and basic server troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Windows and Apple operating systems, along with remote support experience.
• Willingness to work in a shifting schedule.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, delivering excellent customer service.
• Administer and support Office 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra.
