This hybrid role offers mentorship from senior engineers and growth toward broader cloud and security responsibilities for US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on IT support, system administration, or similar role.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows environments, endpoints, and networks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, and Exchange Online.
• Basic PowerShell familiarity and willingness to learn scripting.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support and system administration across multiple client environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 environments, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, user accounts, licensing, access, and endpoint administration.
• Troubleshoot Windows endpoints, applications, peripherals, and common network/connectivity issues.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, and hybrid environments where applicable.
• Monitor and respond to technical issues and security alerts across endpoint, identity, email, and related security platforms.
• Support endpoint security, patching, software deployment, and security configurations.
• Monitor backup and disaster recovery systems and assist with restores and validation.
• Support client onboarding, offboarding, environment discovery, implementation, and projects.
• Communicate with client users and stakeholders regarding issues and projects.
• Use ticketing/PSA systems to document and resolve incidents.
• Maintain technical documentation and inventories.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate IT operations.
• Troubleshoot methodically and escalate complex issues with evidence.
• Coordinate with senior engineers, vendors, and service providers.
• Support other IT operational requirements and projects as needed.
