MicroSourcing is hiring a 1st Line Support Engineer for Hybrid work at Global One, Eastwood City, with shifting schedules.

Your Role

As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will:

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users, ensuring the timely resolution of incidents and service requests.


• Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, delivering excellent customer service and supporting the IT infrastructure.


• Administer and support Office 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD).


• Manage and troubleshoot servers alongside Windows and Apple operating systems.


• Resolve issues effectively using remote support tools across various platforms.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• At least 4 years of hands‑on experience in IT service desk operations.


• Proven experience in Office 365 administration, Active Directory management, and Microsoft Entra.


• Experience with server management and basic server troubleshooting.


• Proficiency in Windows and Apple operating systems, along with remote support experience.


• Willingness to work in a shifting schedule.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).


• Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN).


• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
