Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a 1st Line Support Engineer to provide frontline IT support in a Hybrid work setup at Global One, Eastwood City. The role covers incident resolution, user support, and administration of Office 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra, with server management across Windows and macOS.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in IT service desk, strong Windows/macOS skills, and comfort with shifting schedules.

Qualifications

Must have hands-on IT service desk experience (4+ years).
Experience administering Office 365 and managing Active Directory/Microsoft Entra.
Experience with server management and basic troubleshooting.
Proficiency with Windows and Apple operating systems; remote support experience.
Willingness to work in a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to end-users and resolve incidents promptly.
Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues and deliver excellent customer service.
Administer and support Office 365, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra.
Manage and troubleshoot servers across Windows and Apple environments.
Resolve issues using remote support tools across multiple platforms.
