KMC Solutions is seeking an OSS Tech 1 to deliver first-line IT support and tackle end-user issues across a hybrid work setup. You will diagnose, document, and resolve incidents, while coordinating with teams to ensure timely resolutions and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure with flexible shifts and multiple sites in the Metro Manila area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Experience with Windows OS, Office 365, and AD is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis of IT issues.
• Resolves incidents/service requests following procedures and timelines.
• Escalates unresolved issues per timescales and keeps clients updated.
