Job summary

Ymage Trading and Construction Corp. in Cavite seeks a dynamic sales professional to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in HVAC-R markets. You will research trends, tailor solutions to customer needs, and drive growth through proactive outreach.

The role requires experience in sales or business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, business development, or a similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC-R products, systems, and market dynamics desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to do fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach (cold calling, email, social media, etc.).
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's product offerings, market trends, and customer needs.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
